The built-in pump is not working and the seat cushion cannot be inflated. What should I do?
Before using the air pump, please check if the cover of the air inlet valve is open. Refer to the product manual, video or product page. If the product still doesn’t work, it might be defective. Please send us message and receive free replacement.
The seat cushion is uncomfortable to sit on. What should I do?
Please adjust the air volume. When the air cushion reaches 50-70% of its capacity, it will be in the most comfortable range. If the air is filled too much, the seat cushion will become too hard.
Does this product have an internal Press Type pump?
Yes, it does. Although it is also equipped with an additional external inflation pump, the product itself has an internal Press Type pump as well, allowing for flexible choice of inflation methods.
