Product description
Are you prepared for El Niño?
El Niño may bring fewer hurricanes, but it replaces them with sudden, powerful local storms that form with little to no warning. These storms can unleash flash flooding, damaging winds, and even brief tornadoes. The real danger lies in the surprise factor—communities may be caught off guard by a fast-forming system that knocks out power, floods roads, and traps people without supplies.
The compact Qu River Prep kit delivers protection from rain, provides warmth, and brings comfort when storms strike without warning. When the power goes out and roads flood, having essentials on hand is a simple step that pays off fast.
Essential Items, Ready When It Matters Most
Portable, ready to go with you
Small enough to take with you in your back pack, duffle, computer case. Light and compact piece of mind for when the weather turns quickly.
Thicker, insulated rain poncho
Our rain poncho gets updated to enhance durability and thermal protection, Reinforced construction resists tears while remaining lightweight. Helps retain body heat or can be worn with silver side out for more visibility in emergency situations.
Reflective Emergency Blanket – Retain Body Heat!
This lightweight reflective blanket reflects body heat back to you, preventing hypothermia in critical situations. Provides essential protection when shelter isn’t available or compromised by power outage.
Ultra-Bright COB LED Flashlight – 360° Emergency Illumination
Three lighting modes – high beam for maximum visibility, low beam for extended battery life, and emergency strobe for signaling rescue teams. AAA batteries included.
Not Mass-Produced. Hand-Assembled.
Qu River Prep kits are built for real-life inconveniences—flash floods, overnight power outages, unexpected road closures. No bunker. No apocalypse. Just peace of mind for the unexpected. Practical essentials: flashlight, water, blanket, poncho. Simple enough for anyone to use.
Every kit is hand-assembled and quality-checked in New England. In an age of automated everything, we still do this the old-fashioned way: by hand. No factory line. No robots. Each kit is assembled one at a time, every component inspected, every flashlight individually tested—battery tab pulled, function verified, then repackaged with care. Why the extra steps? Because it matters.
